Squad is an iOS app for chatting with AI personas and AI squads. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information such as email address and user ID.
• User content such as messages, prompts, profile choices, app settings, and AI squad selections.
• Device and app information needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the app.
• Optional permissions, such as notifications, biometrics, camera, microphone, photos, or location, only when you enable features that require them.

How we use information

We use information to provide app functionality, maintain accounts, generate AI responses, save preferences, operate customer support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate with users about the service.

AI conversations

Messages you send may be processed by our app services and AI providers to generate responses and keep the product working. Do not share sensitive information you do not want processed by an AI service.

Tracking and ads

Squad does not sell personal information and does not use collected data for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.

Data sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us run Squad, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and AI infrastructure. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the app, or the public.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Squad, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Users can request account deletion by contacting support.

Children

Squad is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Your choices

• You can manage device permissions in iOS Settings.
• You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by contacting us.
• You can request account deletion at Support or by emailing squadaiapp@gmail.com.
