These terms govern your use of Squad, an iOS app for AI-powered conversations with persona-based assistants and AI squads. By using Squad, you agree to these terms.

Use of Squad

You may use Squad for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for the messages, prompts, images, and other content you submit. Do not use Squad to harm others, violate rights, bypass security, generate illegal content, or interfere with the service.

AI output

AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them. Squad does not provide medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions and purchases

If Squad offers paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, billing is handled through Apple. Apple purchase terms, cancellation rules, and refund processes apply. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Apple terms

For iOS users, these terms are between you and Squad, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Squad or its content, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them as applicable.

Intellectual property

Squad, including its app design, character art, branding, software, and website content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use Squad in a way that harms other users or the app.

Disclaimers

Squad is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squad will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
